Dawn Patrol puts your mind at rest that your IT infrastructure will be ready for the day ahead. From 6:00am, five days a week, a Huon IT consultant is in the office performing a manual review of your network, identifying and correcting any problems before you open for business.

Dawn Patrol is a comprehensive network management offering that combines 24x7 monitoring with pre-emptive detection of potential problems within your network before they affect your business. Our experience enables our consultants to see rare problems more frequently across a variety of networks. If a problem is identified, it can be fixed quickly.

We will detect:

• Hardware, software and network problems
• Security breaches
• System overloads
• Backup failures
• Internet connectivity issues
• Data corruption

Dawn Patrol includes analytical tools which build statistics on your network performance, assisting the process of reviewing and recommending courses of action to strengthen your systems.

Email Patrol

Huon IT’s Email Patrol virus and spam scanning service is the answer. All your inbound and outbound email traffic is scanned and filtered remotely for viruses and spam before it enters your premises. Email Patrol protects your network against information loss through email-based identity theft, fraud and email harvesting activities of Internet spammers and thieves intent on compromising your systems and stealing your business-critical information.
